That Summer Feeling

The NPR voice a quiet man gets when he wants to yell like crazy is one of the more unsettling things in this pre-world world I live in. The grandiose displays, the pictures of miscarriages mislabeled on giant signs with angry letters, the yelling people (in all forms and places) feel like the hyperbolic comedies and explosion advertisements that I love. If something gets too loud, it switches in my mind to the 'imitating art' section, and it feels like just a little production. Something entertaining.

Then again, I haven't really-really been yelled-yelled at for quite a while by anyone I took seriously.

It's coming. I've sensed it. I'm long overdue.

I peaked early.
